People with Different Capacities
The preparation of this book is part of the Plan of Integration of People with Different Capacities Repsol, launched in 2005. Thanks to this Plan, has grown from 131 employees with disabilities in December 2004, 0.80% of the workforce to 423 people in December 2008, representing 2.31% of the total workforce of Repsol. The momentum of the top management has proved critical for the attainment of the objectives of the Plan.
The White Paper on Employment of People with Different Capabilities of Repsol, the first of its kind that makes a company in Europe, within the framework of company values and reflects their commitment to society. For Repsol, the integration of persons with disabilities goes beyond the legal obligation and reflecting the belief that the company is enriched by the contribution which people with different abilities, which add value to the company.
Executive Vice President of the Fundación Repsol, Enrique Locutura, said that the integration of persons with disabilities is a major social needs. Locutura has been suggested that this is a challenge that institutions, companies and organizations face and the Repsol Group is increasingly involved.
Tips – Recruiting People

There are four errors when recruiting people.
1) Only when someone is doing a good job the last one, does not mean they will do well in your company. For example, if it is a rock star sales people working for your competitor, it does not mean it will be a rock star sales for your business.
2) Hire more employees are lazy way to solve the problem. If you want to increase your sales, try to do it yourself before hiring someone. Yes in the long run, you must hire more employees to develop their business, but if you do not know what the problem that the employees carry out, have a hard time managing.
