The economic cycle is changing and companies must take care to workers and be more productive to address the new year. Villarrubia Gabriel, managing partner of KPMG’s services business performance, makes several recommendations:

1. As a starting point, review and adjust the agenda of the year. It should prioritize and choose the projects most useful in terms of economic viability, social responsibility and positioning.
2. Focus on what you can do best. Leadership products and services, uniqueness or innovation, good customer management, cost efficiency … It is necessary to be good at all but to improve the competitiveness it is necessary to further strengthen the organization’s strengths.
