Motivating Yourself
Motivation, we all have to achieve what we want. This is what allows us to continue our projects, improving our environment and achieve better results. But how to motivate yourself?
The first step is simple and relates to what we think about ourselves, what we say every time something goes wrong. If this happens we blame us and we will not give you the opportunity to try again, we are more preventive. The key is to change the negative things we think about ourselves and think about the possibility of not what went wrong, how to improve next time.
The second step is to increase the excuse to get what we want. The more we want something, the more we will strive to achieve. One way to improve is to make a list of benefits we will achieve what we want.
The third step is to see everything as a learning. Whether productive or not our efforts, we must see what we can learn from every situation we face. From there came a lesson and how to do better each time.
