Green Building
The trend of corporate environmental responsibility is very clear to the world, and is growing in Central. However, sometimes we do not know how to make being environmentally responsible and create wealth, to motivate our employees and capitalize on the market.
In my experience as a foreign analyst in this area I realized that you can create capital (green) protecting the environment (green). To achieve this, create a culture of critical analysis of these practices, know how, when and why to implement them. In addition to contributing to this culture criticism, I would focus on two areas, the adaptation of these initiatives on the organizational culture of each type of business and the role of human capital by incorporating mechanisms such as energy and water savings, use of panels solar, carbon credits, waste management, among others, the American company.
