Conflict Resolution

If you treat people sooner or later have to deal with conflicts. The conflict is not inherently bad. Just be at different points of view. As no two people see the world the same way, disagreement becomes normal. In fact, any person who is always with you, this is probably telling you want to hear and not necessarily what they really think.

The reason is that the conflict is feared that the emotional aspects involved. When there is conflict means that there are disagreements between two or more persons which are usually related to interests or ideas that are personally meaningful for one or all involved.
Unmanaged conflict can lead to bad feelings and even violence. The key to effectively solve it is to learn the skills necessary to become someone good at conflict resolution.
There are three areas where conflicts occur in business
Interpersonal relations
Meetings
Talks
Rules for the diplomatic disagreement

Regardless of the type of conflict dealing with these there are several general rules to follow if you want to bring harmony to a volatile situation.
Reflects your understanding of the position or opinion of the other party. This communicates that you’re hearing your opinion and taking it into account before I explain yours.
Let the other party know that you value as a person even if his opinion differs from yours. (“I understand, appreciate, respect, etc..”) This communicates that you hear and respect their opinion.
Clarify your position or opinion. “I feel, think, want, etc..” This communicates that you do not agree but you value your opinion and want to exchange ideas comfortably, not as a contest of superiority.
Becoming a good conflict resolution requires much practice. Just remember that the goal is to reach a compromise with which both to live and with which they can be happy. In other words, find a way in which both sit winners
